Set in the haunting remains of Ernakulam Terminus, silent since 1932 and now overtaken by dense greenery and time, Abandonment explores the quiet poetry of being left behind. What once moved with life now stands still, yet breathes in its own way through light breaking in from collapsed roofs, through stories etched into forgotten tracks. The space feels suspended between past and present, carrying a strange, unspoken peace. Within this, the series reflects on abandonment not just as loss but as a transformation: being left behind can sometimes lead us somewhere softer, deeper, and unexpectedly whole.
